MY WORK PHILOSOPHY
My approach is based on years listening to clients of any types (companies, individuals, based in France or abroad). and ensuring that they expectations are fulfilled beyond their highest possible standards. All clients will benefit from a clear and complete communication, and will be submitted all the legal options relevant to their personal situation.
In order to achieve this level of service, each assistance begins with the signature of a fee agreement for full transparency. This document determines the basis of the relationship, and is usually followed by a consultation, ideally face to face, aiming to define as precisely as possible the aims and the personal context of the client. Following this consultation, I will be able to start the assistance, and I will continue to advise in adequation with how the situation develops.
Throughout the relationship, I will accomplish all my tasks with full transparency and ensure that the client has a complete access to his file. I am committed to accompanying all clients by ensuring maxmum availability, by phone or email, and, when necessary, in person.
I hold a Master's degree in European Union law with a focus on research, from Paris II Law Faculty in 2009, as well as a Master's degree in International mobility and labor law in 2012, from the Lyon II Law Faculty.
I have worked for 3 years in Singapore, within the world leading law firm in International Mobility and Corporate Immigration. I have also worked for 9 years within a Paris based Law firm in French professional immigration.
I have a deep professional experience in immigration law and law applicable to foreigners residing in France, which I have practised in France and abroad. I also deeply values my experience as a foreigner working and living in foreign countries. I knows the challenges of settling abroad and adapting to a new culture and professional environment.
